No Loose Files: We do not allow emailing of unencrypted passport or ID scans. We use secure intake forms integrated directly into our secure systems.
While we implement robust security measures, no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. We urge you to use caution when transmitting personal information to us through unsecured email.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Notary Records: We retain notarial records, including any required electronic journal and audio-video recordings for remote online notarizations, for a minimum of ten years as required by Florida law and our internal retention policy.
Travel Data: We generally delete passport copies after travel, unless you are a frequent corporate client who has requested that we keep them on file for future bookings.
