Wilton Vida exists because details decide how a trip feels, how a ceremony lands, how a closing goes. Coffee is the same problem at a smaller scale.
Most people drink something forgettable every morning and never question it. We went looking for coffee worth putting our name on and found the bar was low, so we set our own.
This is not a side business. It is the same standard, in a bag.
Roasted after you order, not before.
Supermarket coffee prints a best-by date, not a roast date, and most of it has been sitting for months. Ours does not exist until you buy it. Your bag is roasted against your order and shipped from there.
Selected, not stocked.
We taste before we carry. Every coffee we offer earned its place against a palate, not a margin target. When something stops meeting the standard, it comes off.
Small batch, by design.
We do not hold volume we cannot move fresh. Runs are small, they sell out, and we would rather ask you to wait than sell you something out of a warehouse.
