RON sessions use bank-grade encryption (AES-256). All video calls are recorded per compliance standards and stored securely. Your identity is verified before notarization begins.
For in-person notaries, we do not keep copies of your documents or ID’s.
If you request certified copy delivery, we seal your documents in your presence before taking them offsite for transport. -
Mobile in-person notary is limited to Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties.
(Remote) Online Notary is available in all 50 states and internationally. NOTE: While we can help clients in other countries, documents notorized via online notary should be inteded for use only in the USA).
