Payment & Cancellation Policy
Clear, upfront terms so you always know what to expect — before we ever apply a seal.
Whether it's a same-day signing, an online session, or a specialty package, here's exactly how payment works.
Effective July 5, 20261Standard Signings — No Deposit
No deposit is required for same-day notary calls or scheduled appointments for standard document signings.
2Online Notarization (RON)
An invoice is issued prior to your appointment. Payment must be received in full before the notarial seal is applied.
3Mobile Notary
An invoice is issued prior to your appointment. Payment must be received in full before the notarial seal is applied.
4Specialty Packages — Real Estate & Estate Planning
For individual (private) bookings such as real estate or estate documents, a valid credit card is required to secure the booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee equal to the travel fee for that job.
5Corporate Retainers
Corporate notary retainers — Essential, Pro, Executive, Principal, and Enterprise — are governed by a separate Corporate Notary Services Agreement.
