Personal / Leisure Travel: No Service Fees Our planning and booking services for leisure travel are provided at no cost to our clients whenever a hotel, ground transfer or car rental is included.

• Flight-Only Itineraries: A $20 ticketing fee applies.

• Bundled Bookings: This fee is waived 100% for any flight itinerary that includes lodging, ground transfers or other commissionable travel arrangements.

Corporate / Executive Travel

• Monthly retainer:

  • Joiner’s Desk: $0 / month | Reactive

  • Associate Desk: $199 / month | Reactive

  • Executive Desk: $399 / month | ≤ 30 min response 24/7

  • Principal Desk: $999 / month | ≤ 20 min response 24/7

  • Enterprise: Custom pricing

  Air Logistics Token: $25 per ticket. Every ticket booked under a retainer carries a flat $25 token covering the full booking and unlimited reasonable changes and re-routes. The token is disclosed up front.

  Billing is itemized and kept separate: the monthly retainer, the $25-per-ticket token, and individual trip costs are each stated and billed independently. There are no hidden costs.
